The most success I've had with fast weight loss was when I did the ABC diet, so I'm gonna give it another go and hope for the best. I've been eating so much that when I weighed myself this morning I was back up to 181.2 ): in order to inspire myself I'm gonna watch supersize vs superskinny. I'll post later tonight to update my intake. So far I've only had 70 cals!
Everything you're doing seems fascinating to me. Keep going, but I beg you to keep us updated, as we need so bad this sort of inspiration. Stay strong!
