Today was such a good day! My calorie intake was low and I exercised so my net cals were Really low :D I didn't get to exercise as long as I wanted cause my phone was dying and I use it to track my workouts but it was still good. I had my bike on full resistance the entire time and it was soooo hard to pedal But I did it and it felt amazing! Hopefully I wake up at 175 tomorrow
